All orders must be placed at least 72 hours before event.
In order to ensure we have adequate time and service staff; we ask that you guarantee the number of guests you expect to attend your event. Final guarantees must be made no later than 72 hours before the event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number given, or the actual number served, whichever is greater. If we do not receive your guarantee, your estimated number of guests will be considered your final guaranteed number. Should we receive orders after the cut-off period, we will make every effort to fulfill your order, but cannot guarantee menu items or a specific delivery time. We reserve the right to deny your request if adequate staff and or menu items aren’t available.
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the event. For events falling on a Monday, cancelations are due the Wednesday before the event by 8 a.m. Events cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
All listed prices are per person (unless otherwise noted) and do not include the delivery fee. Customized menu planning and pricing is available to suit your tastes and dietary needs. Delivery fee are added for all events not held within the specified conference or boardrooms. The delivery charge is $20 regardless of size of catering. There will be additional charges if flowers, linen, or special tables are ordered.

All menu items include complete disposable service and tableware. There will be an additional cost for china, glassware and flatware.
There are additional charges for tablecloths, based on the size and type of table, and any special request rental items. Call the Catering Team for pricing. Chef attended caterings are $125 per hour.
